Please fill out this form if you are interested in joining the TRIUMPHS Society. Upon completion you'll be taken to a page to pay the annual fees of $12.

Also, when you pay your registration fee you will be able to make an additional donation to the Society. The TRIUMPHS Society is a 501(c)(3) entity and so any donations are federally tax deductible. Please consider a donation to the TRIUMPHS Society in multiples of $25.
